  • Who are you?

  • How secure is your site and my data?

    The security of our website together with all the data we handle is the highest priority for us. We use custom made script which has been examined by specially assigned testers as well as being checked against security breaches by several outside auditors. We use a cloud and dedicated server with backups at regular intervals. All operations on the site take place within the secure connection and our website is constantly monitored against viruses and hackers so you can be 100% sure that your data is secure and safe with us.
  • Do I have to pay for registration?

    No, registration is completely free. There are no fees or charges for registration and account usage.

Account usage questions

  • I have just opened an account, do I have to activate it?

    No, we do not require any account activation. After you have registered, you can easily log into the site and start earning.
  • I have forgotten my password, how can I recover it?

    You cannot recover it yourself because we hold your passwords in salted and encrypted form. The only way to get your account back is to request a password reset, after which you will get an email with a confirmation link. When you approve your request, we will email you your new password. Please make sure to change it as soon as possible after this for your own safety.
  • I want to delete my account, how do I do that?

    You cannot delete your account but you can simply drop it. We will delete unused accounts after 15 days with no signs of any login activity.
  • Can I open or access more than one account from the same IP / Computer?

    Yes, there are no restrictions on number of accounts; we are aware that you might want to introduce referrals for example, showing them how to use the website using your computer, so we allow for that scenario.
  • I have signed up, what now?

    As a first step, we recommend securing your account with Google Authenticator to make sure no one else can perform any operations on the account. Secondly, make sure to set your payment email in your profile. Then just look around, check our plans and invest if you are ready.
  • My account says Regular Investor, what is that?

    We have a unique membership system. There are four memberships on our page:

    • Regular Investor - this is default membership for all new users.
    • Active Investor - this is a membership given to users who make at least $500 in deposits using external processors.
    • Superb Investor – this is a membership given to users who make at least $1000 in deposits using external processors.
    • Representative – this is a special membership for our Representatives.

    Regular Investors earn 5% of their referral’s deposits. However, their commission is not credited instantly on their accounts; they must wait 2 days to get this commission credited.

    Active Investors earn 7% of their referral’s deposits. Their commission from referral purchases is credited instantly.

    Superb Investors earn 8% of their referral’s deposits, also with instant commission crediting.

    The representative earns 10% of referral deposits with instant commission crediting but also has a duty to represent our site. Please read more about Representatives here.

    The memberships cannot be bought. You will be switched automatically once you reach the required minimum limit to qualify.

  • I want to change my email address, is this possible?

    Yes, it is. Just edit your profile by providing the new email address and confirm your change by receiving a confirmation link on your new email address. Note that, therefore, you need a working email address to use with our site, otherwise, you won’t be able to receive the confirmation link.
  • I want to change my payment address, is this possible?

    Yes, it is. Just edit your profile by providing the new payment details. Keep in mind that your withdrawals will be disabled for 24h after you change your payment details for your own security. 24 hours after you have made a change you will be able to withdraw again. As an additional safety measure, you will receive notification of all payment detail changes on your account.
  • I do not want to get email notifications, how can I turn them off?

    Go to your profile and uncheck “send me email notifications”. Make sure you approve your changes with your current password.

Investment questions

  • What currencies and payment processors do you use on your site?

    Our site operates in USD and BTC. We do not recalculate Bitcoins to dollars. While you invest with Bitcoin, you earn with Bitcoin and you withdraw Bitcoin. For USD, we use PerfectMoney, AdvCash and Payeer payment systems.
  • Do you have any minimum withdrawal amount?

    Yes, for USD withdraws it’s $1 and for BTC it’s 0.001 BTC.
  • Can I move money between my balances?

    No, unfortunately not. We have to comply with Anti Money Laundering requirements, therefore, we are unable to move money between your balances. However, you can easily open any required accounts, it’s all free.
  • Do you charge any fees on withdrawals or deposits?

    No. We do not charge any fees.
  • I want to invest with Bitcoin, can I do that?

    Sure! We do not recalculate your Bitcoin to USD so you earn pure Bitcoin only and don’t depend on any exchange rate. Once you invest with Bitcoin, your accruals are calculated in Bitcoins and all payments are also sent to you in Bitcoin. Please keep in mind that, while investing, we require at least 2 confirmations from the Bitcoin network to book your deposit.
  • When will I get my money after I place a withdrawal request?

    All payments on the site are made instantly. If, for some reason, withdrawals cannot be made instantly (e.g. in cases of payment processor API outage) they will be paid out within 24 hours. You can also check your withdrawal history for payment batch ID’s to track your payments.
  • I paid money in but the amount never showed up on my balance, what can I do now?

    If you paid in USD but you cannot see your deposit on the list after you have received notification that your payment was successful, open a support ticket providing as much information as you can to help us identify your payment. If you paid in BTC, please check if your payment has 2 confirmations from the Bitcoin network. If it does, please open a support ticket providing the transaction id from the Bitcoin network.
  • When will I get my deposit back?

    Your deposit is calculated in your daily accrual for the Medium and Investor plan. In the Starter plan, your deposit and accrual are paid at the end of the deposit period.
  • How many deposits can I make?

    You can have an unlimited number of deposits on all our available plans. You are only limited by the once off deposit limit.

Referrals questions

  • I want to refer you to others, is there any affiliate program available?

    Yes, there is. You can earn up to 10% of your referral’s purchases. The amount of referral bonus depends on your current membership. Read here for more information.

    Also, please keep in mind that we only pay bonuses for fresh deposits. We do not pay bonuses on repurchases.

  • I do not want to invest but I want to promote, can I do that?

    Yes, you can. Without investment, you will earn 5% of your referral’s purchases but for security reasons, you will be credited with the bonus 48 hours after your referral makes a purchase.

  • Where can I find my referral link and promotion tools?

    After you log in to your account, choose Referrals in the left sidebar and then Promo materials. You will find your referral link as well as banners to promote our site. You can also use the encrypted referral link so your username will not be visible to anyone, however, if someone decides to sign up using this link, they will be able to see your username in their profile after registration.

  • When will I get credited for my referral’s purchases?

    That depends on your membership level. If you are a Regular Investor, you will get your commission 48 hours after your referral makes a purchase. For any other memberships, the commission is credited instantly.

  • What are the referral levels and rewards?

    We only have one referral level. Depending on your membership, the value of the level is::

    • Regular Investor - 5%
    • Active Investor - 7%
    • Superb Investor - 8%
    • Representative - 10%

    We calculate commissions based only on fresh deposits made by your referral, we do not count commissions based on repurchases.

  • Can I change my sponsor (the person that referred me)?

    No, this is not possible under any circumstances.

  • How can I apply to be a representative?

    You need to have at least $1000 deposited and 5 active (with deposits) referrals to apply to be a representative. If you meet this requirement, you need to fill in an application under the Referrals - Apply for Representative link. This link will be visible only if you meet the minimum deposit amount requirement. If you have deposited with BTC only, this amount will be calculated using the current BTC to USD exchange rate.

  • Who are the representatives?

    A representative is a person who is representing our site on the internet. It has several privileges and several required duties as well.

    Representatives privileges:

    • 10% commission from affiliates.
    • Possibility to get free referrals; we will be doing draws of upline for all users who sign up with no referrals.
    • Representatives are listed on the main page, along with their contact data and sign up link, so users visiting our Representative page can pick you as their upline.
    • Direct, quick communication with administration.

    Representatives duties:

    • Representatives must provide at least email support for their uplines, phone support is seen as an added advantage when applying for a representative position.
    • They might be required to take part in short text or video conferences with administration.
    • They are obliged to advertise our site on social media.
    • They are obliged to keep up to date with all the site’s news.
